Activity logs and email reports

How to use it

1. Expand a job in Files and filter uploaded, updated, unchanged or failed items.
2. Filter the Activity log by severity. Completion descriptions include checked, added, updated and skipped file counts.
3. In Settings, enable automatic log cleanup and set the age in days. Clearing logs does not remove destination backups.
4. In Email reports, enter the SMTP host, port, TLS mode, credentials, sender and recipients. Use an app password if required by your provider.
5. Select error, warning or success notifications and edit the subject. HTML reports include timestamps, summary counts and log descriptions.
