DriveCopy is the Windows desktop backup and restore application provided by Ekmel Kütükcü. These terms describe its use. If a separate written license or service agreement applies, that agreement also governs its respective scope. This page is not a pricing or subscription offer.

Use only files, accounts and servers you are entitled to access and manage. Respect others' privacy, intellectual property rights and providers' rules. Do not use the application to bypass quotas or access restrictions, distribute malicious content or collect data without authorization.

You choose sources, destination accounts, schedules, exclusions, encryption and deletion rules. Check source/destination selections, file updates and especially two-way deletion options before enabling them. Propagating a deletion from a source or destination can cause data loss. ZIP retention can delete older destination archives.

Check logs for successful backups and perform regular restore tests. Locked files, interruptions, insufficient storage, service quotas and changing sources may affect operations. VSS does not guarantee application-consistent databases for every application. Block-format backups require reconstruction; keep manifests and chunks together. Maintain additional independent copies of critical data.

You are responsible for managing Google/Dropbox permissions and FTP/SMTP credentials. Keep encrypted ZIP passwords safe; an archive may not be accessible without its password. Cloud, network, email and storage services have their own terms, charges and availability. DriveCopy does not guarantee those services' availability or Google verification approval.

Data use is explained in the Privacy Policy. Rights to your files remain with you or the relevant rights holders. Rights in DriveCopy and site content belong to their respective owners; third-party components have their own licenses. These terms do not grant ownership of the app name, logo or third-party brands.

Features and third-party API requirements may change over time. Contact us for support with your use of the application. Backup software does not eliminate every risk of data loss. These terms do not exclude mandatory statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

To stop using the application, disable jobs, fully exit and revoke Google/Dropbox access if needed. Uninstalling does not automatically delete cloud backups. Data-removal steps are in the privacy policy. Questions: [email protected].
